Hyssop Finance Manager (HFM) is basically an accounting system that accepts transactions and produces financial reports like the Trial Balance, Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Sales Analysis, etc. Double entry can either be automatic or manual. The reports may be exported to Excel for further analysis if needed.
This version has a Point of Sale (POS) with a possibility of using a barcode scanner. When goods are purchased or sold, inventory gets updated instantly and the inventory report can be viewed at any time.
In a multiuser environment each till operator will have his/her own sales report which can be compared with the actual cash presented.
